ROLE PROFILE
We are looking for an ambitious, creative Marketing & PR Guru to join the team at BAG&BONES. The position is based in Acton in West London, and will suit candidates with a methodical, data-driven approach to work, as well as a passion for design and a strong appetite for assuming creative responsibilities.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
1. Spearhead creative content strategy, development, and execution across digital channels.
- Create and manage content calendar.
- Organise production of high-quality content from in-house shoots, ensuring best practice use of platform attributes.
- Increase traffic and engagement across all platforms.
- Drive sales through our e-commerce site.
- Work closely with our Agency partner to drive sales through paid ad platforms (FB/Instagram/Google/Pinterest).
- Act as a brand guardian across all key performance marketing channels.
2.Plan, manage and produce Klaviyo e-newsletter comms and flows.
- Develop and maintain e-newsletter content calendar to ensure relevant and timely comms throughout the year.
- Create monthly Klaviyo newsletters including all written and graphic content.
- Manage and maintain ongoing Klaviyo customer/prospect flows.
- Drive sales through our e-commerce site.
3.Work with the founder & PR Agency to develop PR strategies to build awareness amongst key audiences.
- Work with the PR agency to develop a strategic PR plan, including outreach of new product launches.
- Responsible for overseeing Influencer initiatives, including gifting, events and collaborations.
- Manage and maintain PressLoft account and respond to Press enquiries.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES
Reporting & Analysis:
- Audit and analyse BAG&BONES’ current social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns and provide recommendations to drive growth on our e-commerce platform.
- Responsible for setting up and managing a robust reporting structure for organic and paid KPIs, gathering actionable insights.
- Analyse results on an ongoing basis and put forward new testing/segmentation strategies to optimise results.
Research & Innovation:
- Monitor and report on social media trends and competitor behaviour, proposing new ideas and initiatives for BAG&BONES across all our digital channels.
- Drive innovation opportunities through Social: new features and uses of existing platforms and expansion to new platforms.
- Stay abreast of the Best Klaviyo Practices to gain and retain customers.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Marketing & PR for an ecommerce brand.
- Experience working with Agency partners and creating and managing paid ad campaigns.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- A strong eye for photography and passion for good design.
- Knowledge of Photoshop & MS Office.
