2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Directors;
  • Employees;
  • Contractors;
  • Consultants;
  • Agents and representatives acting on behalf of Bag & Bones Limited.

3. Prohibited Conduct

No person acting on behalf of Bag & Bones Limited may:

  • Offer or give a bribe.
  • Request or accept a bribe.
  • Make facilitation payments.
  • Use improper payments to secure business advantages.
  • Provide anything of value intended to influence a business decision improperly.

4. Gifts and Hospitality

Reasonable and proportionate gifts or hospitality may be given or accepted where they:

  • Are lawful;
  • Are not intended to influence decisions improperly;
  • Are modest in value;
  • Are transparent and appropriately recorded.

Cash gifts are not permitted.

5. Suppliers and Third Parties

We expect suppliers, agents and business partners to act with integrity and comply with applicable anti-corruption laws.

We reserve the right to cease relationships with parties who engage in unethical practices.

6. Record Keeping

Accurate books and records must be maintained and no false or misleading entries may be created.

7. Reporting Concerns

Anyone who becomes aware of conduct that may breach this policy should report it to the directors of Bag & Bones Limited.

All concerns will be considered seriously and investigated appropriately.

8. Breaches

Any breach of this policy may result in disciplinary action and termination of business relationships where appropriate.

9. Review

This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary.
