Standard Products

We hope you love your order. However, if you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • be unused;
  • be in their original packaging;
  • be in a resaleable condition;
  • include proof of purchase.

Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Personalised & Bespoke Products

Personalised items and custom LED neon signs are made specifically for you and are exempt from the standard right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalised products unless they are faulty or have been incorrectly manufactured.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order on arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at:

and provide:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the item;
  • photographs of the packaging (where applicable).

Where a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with your statutory rights.


Handmade Products

Many of our products are handmade. Slight variations in colour, finish, dimensions and appearance are part of the character of handmade goods and are not considered defects.


International Orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their local authorities.
