Shipping policy
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 WORKING DAYS FOR THE DISPATCH OF YOUR ORDER FOR ANY OFF-THE-SHELF PRODUCT THAT IS IN STOCK AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL DUTIES UPON ARRIVAL. PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCY FOR THESE COSTS.
1. Delivery
The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of the Seller.
The failure of the Seller to deliver shall not entitle either party to treat this contract as repudiated. The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to failure by the Seller to deliver the Goods (or any of them) promptly or at all.
With our standard UK delivery, we do not offer nominated day or time delivery slots. If you require a more specific delivery window, do let us know in advance of making your purchase and we can provide an alternative courier service (additional fees apply).
We use a variety of reputable delivery companies, who, if you are not at home at the time of delivery, will leave a delivery note so you can arrange re-delivery. You will also receive an email with tracking details, when your product(s) is dispatched from the studio.
2. Goods Delivery Handling Responsibility
You will need to be sure that you have sufficient and proper equipment and that your own designated personnel are available to unload products/goods delivered to your premise(s) as the delivery companies’ drivers are not obliged/required to provide assistance in unloading and/or placing your order.
3. Delays Beyond Our Control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in the delivery of goods ordered, or for damage or defect to goods caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, global and regional pandemics, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
4. EU & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We do not charge UK VAT on International or EU purchases. The VAT amount will be deducted from the price of your product at checkout if you are an international customer taking delivery outside of the UK.
All international orders are shipped via one of our reputable couriers. Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation, and we are not responsible for the payment of any such fees incurred from importing goods.
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. We do not accept returns for international orders. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Free UK Shipping on orders over £100
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £100 (this excludes the Channel Islands & Isle of Man). Sample Sale items are excluded.
