We offer free mainland UK delivery on orders in excess of £100.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Custom LED Neon Signs
Most bespoke neon signs are produced and delivered within 3-4 weeks from final approval and payment.
During particularly busy periods or for complex designs, production may take longer.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.
Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- severe weather;
- strikes;
- customs delays;
- courier disruptions;
- supply chain interruptions.
International Delivery
International customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes applicable in their country.
