As part of our commitment to minimising our impact on the environment and adhering to the The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE), customers buying a new LED neon light from bag&bones can recycle an old one (including the plug and power supply) on a 1-for-1 basis - regardless of whether the old one was bought from bag&bones or not.

To organise a return of a product that has reached end-of-life, simply use the form below and let us know what you're sending our way. Once we've received it, we will arrange for it to be recycled through an Approved Authorised Recycling Facility at no cost to you, saving you a trip to your local recycling centre while we're at it.

And if you live locally, we're also more than happy for you to drop off your old light at The Candy Store, our West London HQ. Please ensure you email us in advance to let us know when you're stopping by so we can make sure our Recycling Manager is in the Studio to accept your return.

This symbol is placed on products to remind you not to dispose of them in a normal wheelie bin whose contents are headed for landfill.

Did you know that up to 75% of all materials in your old electrical items can be recycled?* And the cherry on top is they can be turned into useful things like life-saving equipment.

By keeping waste electronics items out of landfill, toxins won’t pollute soil and water. And that's a very good thing for the natural habitat, wildlife, and even you.
